Mary Thistle Powder
Medicinal plant with a long tradition
Mary thistle has been used for healing purposes in humans since the Middle Ages. For some years now, it has also been used as a dietary supplement for dogs. The active ingredient complex silymarin contained in mary thistle strengthens, protects and detoxifies the liver and at the same time promotes bile flow and circulation.
Mary thistle to support the liver
Mary thistle is one of the best known natural remedies to support the detoxification function of the body and the liver: it has a strong antioxidant effect, protects the liver from cellular toxins and at the same time supports its regeneration. Mary thistle can therefore be an ideal choice both preventively and supportively and can be fed regularly as a cure.
The defatted and ground mary thistle seeds contain an average of 1.5 to 3.0% silymarin.
