New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel meat is rich in minerals, trace elements, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and glycosamine glycans (GAGs). GAGs, together with collagen, make up the main component of articular cartilage and synovial fluid (synovia). The high water-binding capacity of GAGs supports the cartilage in its elasticity and function. Glycosaminoglycans stimulate cartilage formation even in old age and can therefore also support the joints of senior dogs.

For dogs and cats of all ages
Green-lipped muscle extract supports the joints, especially in older animals, because it has an anti-inflammatory effect and stimulates cartilage formation. Even if initial symptoms have already set in, the GAGs can reduce the symptoms and lead to an improvement in the function of the affected joints. However, green-lipped mussel powder is also recommended for puppies and young dogs, as the valuable ingredients can strengthen cartilage, tendons and ligaments from the beginning.

FEEDING RECOMMENDATION

Feeding recommendation per day:
Dogs up to 10 kg: 0.5 g
Dogs up to 20 kg: 1 g
Dogs from 30 kg: 2 g
Cats: 0,5 g

You can simply mix the green-lipped mussel powder daily with the rest of the food.

This product is a single feed for dogs and cats.
