Cod liver oil is rich in vitamins A and D, which promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the intestines and support healthy bones, joints and muscles. Furthermore, vitamin A strengthens normal vision, while vitamin D helps maintain a healthy immune system. Thus, our cod liver oil granules are also ideally suited for active dogs. The fatty acids it contains help keep skin and coat healthy. The iodine in cod liver oil is an important trace element and very significant for the formation of thyroid hormones.

A little inner sun
If you should refrain from feeding fish containing vitamin D (e.g. salmon) when barfeeding your pet, feeding cod liver oil is essential for vitamin D supply. Normally, dogs and cats produce the fat-soluble vitamin themselves through sun exposure on their skin, but since our four-legged friends spend much of their lives indoors, vitamin D should be supplemented for normal organism function.

Fütterungsempfehlung:
2 - 3 x wöchentlich 1 - 1,5 ml pro 5 kg Körpergewicht

Allgemeine Hinweise:
Das Öl einfach unter das restliche Futter mischen. Kühl, trocken und lichtgeschützt lagern. Nach Anbruch innerhalb von 4 - 8 Wochen aufbrauchen. Bei Bedarf in kleinere Portionen abfüllen und einfrieren.
