Spleen
The spleen is part of the group of innards which should make up to about 15% of the dietary plan. It belongs to the hematopoietic and blood storing organs, so thanks to the high iron content, it is particularly valuable for feeding. Due to the high percentage of connective tissue, it only provides little energy and is therefore also recommended for weight problems.
