It is also rich in proteins and vitamins. The fish contains the fat content that is so important in terms of the immediate utilisation of energy. The fish also provides essential fatty acids, which, in addition to facilitating the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins in the organism, also have an immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effect. The easily digestible spinach and the healthy potatoes that are sourced from German states supply vitamins, minerals and plant-based proteins. Naturally, the quantity is geared towards the meat ration.
