With the purchase of this product you acquire a one-time use package tour ticket for returning thermoboxes that are no longer required.

As a thank you for standing up with us for a cleaner environment and more sustainability, you will receive an environmental bonus from us immediately after receipt of payment in the form of a discount voucher worth € 5.80 (net) for your next purchase in our online shop. We will send you the return label by email after we have received your payment and processed it.

Please note that sending the return slip can take 1-3 working days.

Attention - only valid within Germany and can only be ordered individually!
The parcel tour ticket is only valid for returns within Germany and for a period of 60 days, as collection and transport are exclusively carried out by DHL. The voucher is valid for three years and cannot be used on BARF packages.
