This premium product has some impressive qualities: With a fat content of only 6 to 8%, neck meat is a good source of energy. In addition to niacin and vitamins belonging to the A, B1, B2, B6, C and E groups, neck meat also provides valuable mineral nutrients such as sodium, calcium, phosphate, magnesium and iron. The protein content amounts to 19%. Our minced neck meat is free of low-quality thyroid tissue.
