Lamb Power Mix

Lamb Power Mix consists of 50% lamb rumen/plain tripe, 40% lamb neck meat and 10% lamb trachea. Sheep under one year of age are named lambs, their meat is particularly tender and with a high nutritional value. The meat derives from the neck, a part of the forequarter, and is characterized by a strong marbling and a relatively high fat content.

Besides vitamin A, C and B 12, lamb meat also delivers many minerals (per 100 g approx. 80 mg natrium, 1,3 g iron, 290 mg potassium and 3 mg calcium). The lamb rumen/plain tripe contains valuable herbal feed residues and also delivers minerals, vitamins and choline.
